PAN card –
A valid PAN card is required for registration. It has to be self attested by applicant.

Udyam Registration –
Self attested.

Details of plant and machinery –
These details need to be submitted on the latter head of the company duly signed by concerned authorized person. Name of the machine along with latest value of machinery as per latest audited balance sheet need to be mentioned. Details about finished goods and raw materials also need to mentioned in declaration. These details are required to make sure that firm is falling within limits for MSE classification of NSIC.

Ownership proof –
Ownership proof of premise like electricity bill, sale deed etc. need to be documented. If business premise is rented then, valid registered rent agreement along with NOC (No objection certificate) from owner of the property is required to be submitted along with form for NSIC.

Financials –
An applicant need to present following financials- Audited balance sheet, Profit and loss statement, Schedule of fixed assets, Schedule of revenue from operations. These documents need to be of past 3 years and have to be signed by authorized person along with his stamp.

Statement showing the Results of Operation –
This need to be duly signed by a chartered accountant. This documents would contain items like Gross sale, net sales, net profit before tax. This documents need to contain UDIN number of Chartered accountant too.

Banker’s Report –
This report shall give financial status of the firm. This report is needed to be made on banker’s letter head and would contain certification from firm’s banker regarding existing relationship with the bank and facilities availed by firm.

Declaration signed by applicant –
This declaration needed to signed applicant for accepting terms of registration.

List of directors and their shareholding

Copy of incorporation document of LLP Form 3 –
It contains information like incorporation of LLP and any changes thereafter.

Copy of Form 4 –
This form contain details like appointment, cessation, changes in name and address of directors and consent to become a partner in LLP.

Copy of form 2 –
It contains information like location and address of main office of LLP. Details of partners in LLP.

Copy of form 8 –
This form is form for accounts and solvency of the firm. The statement of account need to be duly signed by designated partners.

Copy of form 11 –
This is annual return filed by LLP.

General power of attorney –
A general power of attorney ( GPA) is a legal document that authorizes a attorney to act on behalf of the partnership firm.
Applicant should make sure that all documents are updated and genuine. These documents should be self attested by applicant. These documents should be available at the time of registration online for a NSIC registration for a LLP. This list is exhaustive in itself but it may get updated from time to time.
