  • Application form for udyog Aadhar registartion can be filled online at Udyog Adhar portal. It is free of cost and no initial deposit is required to be deposit on the portal.
  • A new enterprise need to have a valid aadhar number to register for Udyog aadhar.
  • Adhar number of following are required for Udyog adhar registartion – 1) Properietorship Firm – Aadhar number of proprietor 2) Partnership firm – Aadhar number of partners 3) HUF – Aadhar number of Karta.
  • In case of a Company or a Limited Liability Partnership ora Cooperative Society or a Society or a Trust, the organization or its authorized signatory shall provide its GSTIN and PAN along with its Aadhaar number.
  • An enterprise that is already registered with Udyog aadhar can file an self declaration.
  • No enterprises is allowed to file for more than one Udyog Aadhar registartion even if it is involved into multiple line of business activities like manufacturing, services or trading.

Udyog Aadhar registartion for existing enterprises

  • All existing enterprises registered under EM–Part-II or UAM under Udyog aadhar shall register again on the Udyam Registration portal on or after the 1st day of July, 2020.
  • All enterprises that have registered prior to 30th June, 2020 shall be re classified according to recent notification.
  • An enterprise registered with any other organization under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises shall register itself under Udyog aadhar Registration.
