  1. KYC documents – Basic KYC documents as mandated by RBI are required for Axis Bank loan login. These documents are known as OVD and consists of Passport, Driving License with photograph, Proof of possession of Aadhar number or Aadhar number, Voter ID issued by election commission, Job Card by NREGA signed by an officer of the State Government, Letter issued by the National Population Register containing details of Name, Address
  2. Proof for Date of Birth – Date of birth is required by Axis Bank to calculate age eligibility. These documents are considered as valid proof for date of birth such as Passport, Driving License with photograph, Proof of possession of Aadhar number or Aadhar number, Voter ID issued by election commission, birth certificate or a school leaving certificate.
  3. Signature Proof – Any one of the following documents are accepted as Axis Bank personal loan documents for signature proof. They are – Passport with photograph, PAN card, banker’s verification documents
  4. Income Proof – Income proof is required  to calculate loan eligibility. You would be required to send latest 2 months salary slips, latest 2 months bank statement with salary credits and Employment proof
  5. Balance Transfer /Takeover of Loan – Latest 12 months statement of account and repayment schedule from the existing bank or financial institution

Along with above documents, Axis Bank personal loan department would also require complete application form for personal loan. Application form should be having photographs attached and all the above documents should be self attested by applicant and co applicant (if required)

Axis Bank Personal loan Documents before disbursement

After successful sanction of your Axis Bank personal loan, you would receive a sanction letter from Axis Bank mentioning all details pertaining to your personal loan such as loan amount, personal loan interest rate, tenure and EMI that you have to pay each month against your personal loan.

However, before disbursements you would need to fulfill certain documentation for your Axis bank personal loan application. Following documents are required to be completed befog disbursement for your personal loan amount to be credited in your account

  • You need to sign on Loan agreement provided by Axis Bank. care should be taken that you verify each and every details in Loan agreement. Loan agreement would also be required to be stamped and cost for stamping would be born by applicant
  •  NACH mandate along with cancelled chequr of applicant’s bank account. NACH mandate can be either signed physically or digitally. in digital mode, you would receive link for NACH mandate on your mail. You would need to sign on mandate and upload the same on NACH portal
  • One SPDC with complete loan amount to be deposited with Axis Bank. SPDC is a security cheque and should be in favor of “AXIS BANK LTD LOAN A/C Customer Name”
  • Life insurance application form (if applicable) and Debit Instruction Slip
  • Latest 12 months statement of account of your existing loan
  • End use declaration for parallel loans
  • Vernacular/ Indemnity bond
  • Dual Name/Dual sign affidavit
