Documents required for IEC code registration of Sole proprietorship

Digital photograph (3*3 cms) of the proprietor.
Copy of the valid PAN card of the proprietor. To apply for PAN card you can visit this link.
Any one of these documents – Copy of Passport (first & last page)/Voter’s I-Card/ Driving Licence/UID (Aadhar card) (any one of these).
Sale deed is required in case business premise is self-owned
Rental/Lease Agreement, in the case the office is rented/ leased or latest electricity /telephone bill.

Documents required for IEC registration of Partnership Firm

Digital photograph (3*3 cms) of the Managing partner.
Copy of the PAN card of partnership firm.
Any one of the following documents –
Copy of Passport (first & last page)/Voter’s I-Card /UID (Aadhar Card) /Driving License/PAN (any one of these) of the Managing Partner signing the application.
Copy of valid partnership deed.
Sale deed in case business premise is self-owned or latest electricity /telephone bill.
Rental/Lease Agreement, in case office is rented/ leased or latest electricity /telephone bill.
Bank Certificate as per ANF 2A or Cancelled Cheque bearing pre-printed name of the applicant entity and account number

Before submitting these documents on DGFT portal, applicant should cross check validity and clarity of these documents. These documents should be clearly legible for hassle free movement of your application.
